Marcello Lubiani Luogo: Sassari Descrizione progetto: Villa unifamiliare Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di una villa unifamiliare di circa 330 mq. L'edificio è inserito all'interno di una proprietà su cui è presente una villa realizzata negli anni 70. L'esposizione del lotto ha guidato le scelte architettoniche. Fronte a Nord verso strada con poche aperture e fronti Sud e Ovest caratterizzati da ampie vetrate. Al piano terreno sono previsti il box auto, i servizi, la cucina e un ampio salone caratterizzato da ampie vetrate sul fronte Sud. Al primo e al secondo piano sono presenti le camere da letto e i servizi. Il primo piano prevede un ampio terrazzo con piscina mentre al secondo piano si può accedere all'esterno su una passerella con affaccio diretto sulla piscina. Il fronte Sud dialoga direttamente con l'ampio giardino esistente. L'edificio è stato progettato per essere autosufficiente dal punto di vista energetico e prevede una copertura verde, il recupero delle acque piovane, la produzione di energia attrverso fonti rinnovabili e un involucro esterno che non consente le dispersioni termiche. L'architettura presenta volumi lineari sfalsati tra loro e di colori differenti che creano una dinamicità dell'edificio.
Project description: Single-family Villa The project involves the construction of a single-family villa of approximately 330 sqm. The building is inserted within a property on which there is a villa built in the 1970s. The exposure of the site has guided the architectural choices. North frontage towards the street with few openings and south and west fronts characterised by large windows. On the ground floor are the parking garage, the sanitary installations, the kitchen and a large living room characterized by large windows on the south front. On the first and second floors are the bedrooms and the sanitary installations. The first floor has a large terrace with a swimming pool, while the second floor has access to the outside on a walkway directly overlooking the pool. The south front dialogues directly with the large existing garden. The building has been designed to be energy self-sufficient and includes a green roof, rainwater recovery, energy production through renewable sources and an external envelope that does not allow heat loss. The architecture features staggered linear volumes in different colours that create a dynamic building.
