Il progetto di recupero funzionale di un edificio artigianale costruito negli anni '50, con modalità tipiche dell'epoca, ha comportato il consolidamento strutturale della soletta di copertura a shed, la ridistribuzione degli spazi e il risanamento della fondazione con inserimento di un vespaio areato.
L'edificio di circa 250 mq di superficie, adibito a forno panetteria, è stato suddiviso in modo da inserire uno spazio commerciale per la vendita diretta al pubblico.
L'adeguamento alle normative d'igiene vigenti ha richiesto un'attenzione particolare nella realizzazione della nuova copertura vetrata apribile e di tutti i locali accessori destinati alle varie attività.

Project description: Craftsman building renovation

The project for the functional recovery of an artisan's building built in the 1950s, in a manner typical of the period, involved the structural consolidation of the shed roof slab, the redistribution of spaces, and the renovation of the foundation with the insertion of an aerated crawl space.

The building of approximately 250 square metres, used as a bakery, was subdivided to include a commercial space for direct sales to the public.

Adaptation to the hygiene regulations in force, required special attention in the realization of the new opening glass roof and all the ancillary rooms designated to the different activities.
