Descrizione progetto: L’edificio si sviluppa con configurazione planimetrica lungo il lotto di proprietà e si affaccia su via arretrato rispetto al filo stradale al fine di creare dei giardini privati.
Su via sono previsti l’ingresso pedonale all’edificio, l’ingresso carrabile al piano interrato e l’accesso al locale deposito rifiuti.
Ha una superficie lorda di calpestio di c.a. 660 mq si sviluppa su 4 piani f.t. oltre al piano interrato ad uso autorimessa e cantine. L'ultimo piano, arretrato rispetto al filo dell'edificio, permette la fruizione di ampi terrazzi.
La destinazione d’uso è residenziale e l’impianto tipologico prevede 11 unità abitative distribuite con due o tre alloggi per piano e un unico corpo scala. Al piano terreno è previsto l’atrio di accesso all’edificio con ingresso laterale.
Sulla copertura a falde inclinate in coppi dell’edificio è previsto uno spazio destinato al posizionamento dei collettori solari e fotovoltaici.
L’edificio è caratterizzato dall’alternanza dell’uso di materiali differenti per la facciata e per i balconi.
La facciata sarà realizzato con rivestimento in muratura facciavista color testa di moro mentre i balconi saranno realizzati in cemento a vista colore bianco. I parapetti saranno realizzati in ferro colore grigio micaceo.
Il vano scala sarà realizzato con serramenti a tutt'altezza in alluminio colore grigio.
I serramenti delle unità abitative sono previsti in legno così come le vetrate delle parti comuni al piano terreno, i pluviali incassati nella muratura, davanzali e soglie in granito grigio bocciardato.

Project description: The building is developed with a planimetric configuration along the property lot and faces the street set back from the street line in order to create private gardens.

On the street there is a pedestrian entrance to the building, a driveway entrance to the basement and access to the waste storage room.

It has a gross floor area of approx. 660 square metres, spread over 4 storeys plus the basement floor for use as parking garage and storerooms. The top floor, set back from the building line, allows the use of large terraces.

The intended use is residential and the typological layout envisages 11 residential units, two to three dwellings per floor and a single body of stairs. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall to the building with a side entrance.

On the building's sloping pantiled roof, a space is planned for the positioning of solar and photovoltaic collectors.

The building is characterised by the alternating use of different materials for the facade and the balconies. 

The facade will be clad in dark brown exposed masonry, while the balconies will be made of white exposed concrete. The parapets will be made of micaceous grey iron.

The stairwell will be built with full-height grey aluminium frames.

The door and window frames of the residential units will be made of wood, as well as the glass windows of the common parts on the ground floor, the downpipes embedded in the masonry, and bush-hammered grey granite window sills and thresholds.
