Project description: The building is developed with a planimetric configuration along the property site and faces the street, set back from the street line in order to create private gardens. On the street there is a pedestrian entrance to the building, a driveway entrance to the basement and access to the waste storage room. It has a gross floor area of approx. 480 square metres, spread over 3 storeys plus the basement floor for use as a parking garage and storeroom. The intended use is residential and the typological layout envisages 6 residential units, two apartments per floor and a single body of stairs. On the ground floor there is an atrium to access to the building with an entrance directly on the road. On the building's sloping copper roof, a space is planned for the positioning of solar and photovoltaic collectors. The building is characterised by the alternating use of different materials for the balcony parapets. Along the street, the parapet will be made of micaceous grey metal profiles with balcony fronts and vertical facings clad with exterior laminated wood panels. The south elevation is characterised by balconies with metal parapets, balcony frontals clad with exterior laminated wood panels and sliding panels made of iron structure and horizontal brise-soleil type wooden slats. The open stairwell consists of parapets made of a metal structure and laminated safety glass on the inner side in front of which horizontal wooden slats will be positioned. The windows and doorframes are planned to be made of wood for both the residential units and the windows of the common parts on the ground floor, the downpipes recessed in the masonry, window sills and thresholds in bush-hammered grey granite.
