Project Description:The building is developed with planimetric configuration along the property lot and faces the street. On the street, there is a pedestrian entrance to the building, a driveway entrance to the basement and access to the waste storage room. It has a gross floor area of approximately 276 square metres of gross floor area, spread over 5 storeys (4 habitable floors and ground floor) in addition to the basement floor used as parking garage and storerooms. The building is intended for residential use; the typological layout envisages 4 residential units distributed with one dwelling per floor and a single staircase; on the ground floor there is the entrance hall to the building with an entrance directly on the street and with a side opening for access to the internal courtyard. On the flat roof of the building there is a space to install solar and photovoltaic collectors. The building is characterised by the alternating use of different materials for the balcony parapets. Along the street, the parapet on the first floor (2 f.t.) is made of dark-coloured kerlite slabs, while on the other floors the parapet will be made of micaceous grey metal profiles. The east rear elevation on the courtyard is characterised by balconies with metal parapets. The north side elevation onto which the bathrooms of the flats face has window screens made of aluminium panels and horizontal wooden slats. The side elevation is clad on the ground floor with dark kerlite cladding, and on the other floors with micaceous grey metal elements that echo the parapets of the balconies on the street. All the facades will be made of hollow-case masonry with a white exterior civil plaster finish. The window and doorframes will be made of wood for both the residential units and the windows of the common parts on the ground floor, the downpipes will be recessed in the masonry, the window sills and thresholds in bush-hammered grey granite. The roof is flat-profile with a low-pitched crushed stone covering.
