Stato avanzamento lavori: in fase di realizzazione
The project involves the functional and architectural recovery of the entire building complex consisting of a farmhouse for residential use and a former rural barn. The complete renovation of the roof and the recovery of the rooms northerly-facing enabled an intervention integrated with the context. The materials used are those typical of the place. Spruce wood for the roof, Luserna stone for the external walkways and for the flooring of the balconies, plaster for the facade with masonry inserts as a reminder of the local tradition. The new rooms northerly-facing, with independent entrance, will be accessible by a new external staircase in wood and steel. The total surface area of the farmhouse is 500 square metres. Work in progress: under construction
